1.Well designed BM screw high extrusion for HDPE raw materials.2.With screw structure the forced feeding sleeve trench design ensures the high speed and stable productivity.3.Strong and durable tranmission system ensures the stable output and great procucts' quality.4.Temperature control system ensures different temperature while same output.5.High performance extruder controlled separately or coupled with the main system.6.Satisfy the 2~5 layers multi-purpose composite pipes.7.Advanced intellectual module control system brings the whole production line automatic closed-loop control.8.With super demands of screws, barrels, reducers, etc components imported from Europe are optional.9.Small CD25/25 co-extruder are used for marking lines.10.Spiral/basket form molds brings the low temperature, low pressure, high speed extrusion, high quality pipes at the same time.11.Based on different pipes, humid mouth style, dry inductive style, spiral water film style and variable diameter calibrating sleeves are optional.12.Vacuum shaping table with sub-chambers technology rapidly adjusts the vacuum degree and ensures fast pipe shaping.13.Spraying box with optimal spraying position and cooling water pipe route design brings the large caliber pipe's strength and fast cooling.14.Haul-off mainly 3~12 claws drive system style. Each caterpillar separately actuated by AC motor controlled by digital technologies brings accurate speed adjustment. Effectively eliminates the uneven force distribution along with mechanical slipping.15.Planetary cutter adopts rotating cutting saw driven by electricals with the metering function. PLC controls.
